Saosin (awalnya diucapkan “kata-laut”) adalah seorang Amerika post-hardcore band awalnya memanggil dari Newport Beach, California , yang dibentuk pada 2003 . The band currently consists of :
- guitarists Beau Burchell
- guitarists Justin Shekoski
- bassist Chris Sorenson
- drummer Alex Rodriguez.
The band recorded their first EP Translating the Name with original singer, Anthony Green . band mencatat EP pertama mereka Menerjemahkan Nama dengan penyanyi asli, Anthony Green . However, Green left the band following the decision of the band to sign up to a commercial label, Capitol . Namun, Green meninggalkan band ini setelah keputusan band ini untuk mendaftar ke label komersial, Capitol. New singer Cove Reber fronted the band as they recorded their self titled debut album .
